AMC allows injury victims to file claims they might normally forgo due to having to hire an attorney or deal with nightmarish paperwork on their own. After AMC verifies for claimants the exact settlement value range of their case many can then chose to seek legal counsel. This can increase the case volume available to attorneys and make the attorney’s job easier and more profitable because the Demand Letter is already complete and submitted with an initial settlement.
